- Shellfish Permit Form (PDF) - If you would like to get your permit when you drop off your paperwork, please make an appointment prior to coming to Town Hall by calling 203-656-7320. If you do not need your permit immediately, please mail in our paperwork/payment and the permit will be mailed back to you.
