Planning & Zoning Commission

There shall be a planning and zoning commission of six regular members, elected as provided in this act. This commission shall function as the planning commission and the zoning commission of the town. The first selectman and the superintendent of public works shall be ex officio members of the commission.
Western Connecticut Council of Governments

The Western Connecticut Council of Governments (WCCOG) is the agency formerly called the Southwestern Regional Planning Agency (SWRPA).
Zoning Board of Appeals

The zoning board of appeals shall consist of five members. The members shall be appointed as of July first in the year of their appointment and shall serve for a term of three years from that date. In any year, a sufficient number of appointments to the board shall be made to fill the vacancies arising because of the expiration of any member's term of office.
