Zoning Regulations and Map

• Town of Darien Zoning Regulations - The regulations were recently amended by the Planning and Zoning Commission effective October 9, 2022 (through Amendment #90).  The Zoning Regulations are available for purchase from the Planning & Zoning Department for $20.  Each individual zoning regulation amendment since late 2008 can be found at: Zoning Regulation amendments December 2008-present.  This covers amendments #21-present (which is #90).
  
• Zoning Map of Darien - The map was last amended effective April 24, 2022.  The most recent zoning map change was that on April 5, 2022, the Commission amended the map, changing an area from DC to DO. 
• Aquifer Protection Area Regulations - effective on December 17, 2007.
