Dear Senators Dodd and Lieberman:

We, the undersigned, petition you to voice your opposition to the Federal Aviation Administration’s proposed airspace redesign which we believe will adversely impact the safety, health, education , and property values of the residents of Darien, New Canaan, Greenwich and surrounding communities in Fairfield County. We believe that the true social costs of the FAA’s proposal have not been adequately evaluated, particularly the increased noise levels, which will cause irreparable harm to our communities.
