All meetings will be held in the Employee Lounge at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesdays, unless otherwise noted. Please bring your Town Plan and any other pertinent information.

*Meeting will start at 7:00pm to discuss the budget with Jeremy Ginsberg and other guests.

All of our meetings are about 2 weeks before a regularly scheduled RTM meeting and about 1 week after a Rules Committee meeting. Effort will be made to cancel any meetings when the PZ&H committee has no business to discuss. If any member of the PZ&H Committee would like to call a Special Meeting to discuss a new issue, please notify Gwynne L. Grimes, Chairman, PZ&H.
