RTM FINANCE AND BUDGET COMMITTEE
ANALYTICS SUB COMMITTEE MEETING

THURSDAY, JANUARY 6, 2004

All of the members of the committee were in attendance (William Smith, Marc Thorne, Andrew Millar, Marcia Pontius). Seth Morton attended ex officio.

The meeting began at 8:00 pm. A computer model developed for the purpose of testing an analyzing changes to the Town budget, and the impacts on the mill rate was reviewed. Questions regarding the model were raised and answered.

A motion to go forward and review the model with the full Finance and Budget Committee was put forward by Mr. Smith and seconded by Mr. Millar.

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 9:30pm.
