NEW MEDICARE CARDS

After June 30, 2018 and before April 1, 2019, Connecticut residents should start receiving their NEW Medicare cards.  Your new card will have a new Medicare Number that's unique to you.  The new card will help protect your identity and keep your personal information more secure.  Your Medicare coverage and benefits stay the same.

Please see the attached link from Medicare.gov with more helpful information about the new Medicare cards or visit http://go.medicare.gov/newcard.

The Household Supply Closet for eligible Darien residents is partially funded by private donations.  To see the list of needed items click here.  As always, donations are greatly appreciated.
