SWRPA
SWRPA is now the official regional planning organization for eight municipalities in lower Fairfield County, including Darien, Greenwich, New Canaan, Norwalk, Stamford, Weston, Westport, and Wilton. ( more about SWRPA )
Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and Transportation Technical Advisory Group (TTAG)
The Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is responsible for providing policy direction on all aspects of the transportation planning process. The Transportation Technical Advisory Group (TTAG) is a committee that reviews and evaluates proposals before submitting them to the MPO. ( more about MPO and TTAG )
