 IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING CAMP MATHER FIELD TRIP TO THE DISCOVERY MUSEUM'S ADVENTURE PARK MONDAY, 8/1/16:

Any camper who wants to participate must have a parent/guardian sign an electronic waiver before the trip on the 1st.  Please follow these very easy directions.

  • Please thoroughly complete the waiver, selecting “minor” option at bottom of page.

  • The Adventure Park will have a list of kids able to participate based on parent/guardian cooperation with this process.  Kids without online permission will not be able to participate in any of the activities at the Adventure Park.

  • PRINTING OR HANDWRITING A WAIVER IS NOT AN OPTION! ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION IS THE ONLY OPTION!!

SATURDAY, JANUARY 31ST, 2015  WE DID IT!!! THE LARGEST ARMS-LINKED TOAST!  FOLKS FROM THE TOWN OF DARIEN AND FRIENDS & FAMILY NEAR AND FAR SET A NEW WORLD RECORD...558 STRONG!  THANKS TO ALL WHO SUPPORTED OUR EFFORT, WHETHER FINANCIALLY (Baywater Properties, Ring's End, Jeff Scalise Building Contractor Inc., Poland Spring Water, Darien Sport Shop, Palmer's Market, Ivanhoe Lodge, Nielsen's, First County Bank, David M. Osherow, DDS Orthodontics, Merrill Lynch, Floor Covering Warehouse), IN SPIRIT OR IN PERSON, WHAT A FUN WAY TO CELEBRATE THE GREAT TOWN OF DARIEN.  (Thanks to those who supported our partnership w/Person-to-Person's Stuff-a-truck campaign...560 lbs of food -- an average of one pound per person -- was received!)  FINALLY, THANKS TO THE MANY VOLUNTEERS WHO ACTED AS "STEWARDS" WHO HELPED WITH THE VERIFICATION PROCESS.  CHEERS!!
