Regular Meetings of the Darien Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) are scheduled when possible for the third and fourth Wednesdays of the month at 7:45 P.M. in Public Meeting Room 206 (or an alternative room) of the Darien Town Hall, 2 Renshaw Road, Darien. In order to allow for staff review, referrals and proper Legal Notice, application deadlines are generally 4 weeks prior to each meeting. The 2010 dates are as follows:
ZBA staff will determine the required application materials based on the complexity of the Applicant’s request. A COMPLETE APPLICATION MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE APPLICATION DEADLINE DATE. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLAN YOUR PROJECT ACCORDINGLY. ONLY COMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR A HEARING WITHIN 65 DAYS.
